Sauve Art collector look.

Today I went on an art trip to the tate modern, which was wonderful as usual. I think I could spend days just walking round those types of places, and it depresses me that I have to go to school tomorrow and that I can't spend everyday like today.

Obviously we tried to dress as classy as possible.
So here is Lydia wearing a vintage chanel blouse, that I would seriously like to steal at some point.
A spotty yellow pencil skirt bought from a little flea market type thing in Suffolk but originally from Topshop.
and a silk scarf from Paris.

The tate modern is also a great place to take a fashion style-y photo as it has HUGE white stone walls in the entrance place. I just love that place. generally...
I LOVE THE TATE.

Crazy animal jumpers.

We are a couple of rather weird people.
Therefore we like slightly weird, but quirky items. Especially when they were presents from other equally weird friends.

Thank you muchly for this jumper Beth, (YES! It is all completely a jumper, tiger attached.)
I think that everyone should have their own tiger jumper, even if this seems slightly too outrageous, you could massacre a teddy and sew the ears on the hood to make a cute (and far easier to wear) hoody.

Face Jewellery

If you, like me, ever feel like your face is not sparkling enough, aftre you have tried countless sparkling dusts, shadows and eye liners, you too will also rave about the phenominon that is

FACE JEWELLERY!

It's the sort of thing you had when you were five, and it's a well known fact that five year olds are awesome and hillarious. So am I.

Charity shop chic.

I got this dress from The Salvation Army. It was probably the most expensive thing I've bought from there at £12.99 but I love it. I also love my boots, I got them from Dorothy Perkins about a year ago, and I still think they're some of the most beautiful shoes ever.

Grunge

Nicely grunged up for a day outsoors! I cut my own jeans, bought for £2 out a charity shop

I especially love my friends that come with the added bonus of amazing gardens. I'm talking tire swing, treehouse, swimming pool and tennis court affair. Oh yes.

Hippie Day.

Today we were channeling everything Hippie. Oh yes! We're talking your peace and free love, music adoring and 'slightly out of it' Hippies.

To give the Hippie look a little bit more class try adding chunky jewellery in earthly colours.

Go hug a tree, or in our case, a wooden bridge. But be careful not to ruin your hair. Try a hippie head band.

Your hippie clothes should have as much movement as possible, so they can flail in the breeze like a candle in the wind.

We think waistcoats are an easy way to achieve a hippie look, along with a nice floral pattern.

And of course, a nice Hippie tattoo always does the trick.
Beth was wearing:
Blue Headband with gold bows: River Island.
Floral Top with floaty sleeves: Charity shop, originally Miss Selfridge.
Denim waistcoat: H&M.
Summer Dress: Next.
Gold gladiator sandals ;) : Accessorize.
Peace temporary tattoo: Narnia (fancy dress shop.)

Gee was wearing:
Smock top with paisley pattern: H&M
Brown waistcoat: Stolen from friend, originally from Debenhams (Red Herring)
Plain black skirt: Primark.
Brown sandals: New Look
Jewellery: Necklace; Stolen from Mother. Earrings; Accessorize. Bracelet; H&M

We Love Snow Hate Cold

Hey! Today we are fashion bloggers. i.e went out, took pictures, and write about what we're wearing. If you agree or disagree with anything we say, we'd love to hear your views on it. :).

Welove pairing a fur print with neutral colours and lace.
Fur Fur Fur- but only fake cos real fur is scary (unless its vintage) plus it will keep you nice and warm in the wintery months. They can be rather expensive though so I advise going to your nearest charity shops if your running low on the money front.

Welove thick wooly or patterned tights,
they are much funner than boring old black ones and last much longer too. Plus there are loads around with lots of different colours and patterns to take your fancy.

Welove hats!
they can make any outfit and keep you warm. How great!

Wehate when you wear to many bright colours with a print - it can start to look tacky. and just over the top. :/
We try to tone a print with neutral colours.

over and out.
